Josiah Maat is a seasoned freelance videographer with over 15 years of experience handling film equipment and six years of professional filming and editing. Known online as “spookwackadoo,” he shares creative projects and behind-the-scenes content.

As a Manager of Zero Latency VR Grand Rapids, he leads the team in delivering cutting-edge, free-roam VR experiences with leadership, technical oversight, and immersive entertainment expertise.

Brad Taylor

Brad, better known online as “TheRealDSkidz,” serves as Operations Manager at Zero Latency VR Grand Rapids, overseeing day-to-day operations, technology, customer experience, staff leadership, events, and facility operations.

His background in automation and aerospace manufacturing supports his work with mechanical systems, troubleshooting, process improvement, and immersive entertainment technology.
